How quickly do you prepare and ship orders?

• Because we dehydrate our treats in small batches to ensure maximum freshness, we require a Processing Time before shipping, typically prepared and packaged within 48 to 72 hours (2-3 business days) of placement.

Why the Time?

• This window allows us the time needed to dehydrate a fresh batch of treats. Since we take pride in the fresh quality of our treats we keep very little inventory on hand so what we send out to our customers is guaranteed to be highest quality and freshest product possible.

What are your shipping costs and delivery times?

• We proudly ship to all states in the USA via UPS.

• We ship from Chicago, IL and offer three shipping options:

  • UPS Ground - Usually takes about 7 days to arrive to the west coast, shorter times closer to the midwest

  • UPS 3 Day Select - Usually takes about 3 business days to arrive

  • UPS 2nd Day Air - Usually takes about 2 business days to arrive

  • UPS Next Day Air - Usually takes about 1 business day to arrive
