🐶 Essential Dog Treat FAQs
These are the essential FAQs and other important questions that our customers have about your dog treats:
Ingredients and Sourcing
What ingredients do you use in your dog treats?
We use single ingredients for our treats. The only products we sell with more than one ingredient are our food toppers, which is only two different types of meats!
Are your ingredients locally sourced/organic/human-grade?
All our treats are human-grade. We try to source the best ingredients, which includes organic, and from local farms. Depending on the product depends where and availability depends where we buy our ingredients from. BUT, we always prioritize freshness and quality.
Do your treats contain any common allergens (e.g., wheat, soy, corn)?
Nope! We have no grains or additives. So easy to pick the best treats for your dog without reading a long list of ingredients from other treat brands.
What are the nutritional facts of your treats?
We place the nutritional information on each of our product descriptions and on the packaging labels. Click on any of our treats and see the nutritional information for that treat.
Manufacturing and Safety
Where are your dog treats made?
We make all our treats and food toppers in house! We hand select, hand cut, and package all our treats. This gives us control over quantity.
Do you use any artificial preservatives, colors, or flavors?
NEVER!
How do you ensure the safety and quality of your treats?
Besides being very selective with the selection of our ingredients, once the treats have been fully dehydrated we heat blast them in the oven. Each package has a silica bag to maintain freshness and heat sealed!
What is the shelf life of your treats and how should I store them?
We want to make sure your dog enjoys the freshest treats, so we recommend that treats should be consumed within 30 days of opening the package. But, if left in a cool dry place, the treats can last up to a year… which, we haven’t had any wait that long!
Where do you get your dog toys from?
We source our toys from various wholesalers to get the most fun toys for your pups at the best prices.
How do you markup your toy prices?
Our wholesalers provide us with a Manufacture Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) which we IGNORE! We look up to see what the best prices are across other sellers, such as Chewy and Amazon, then we make our prices cheaper!
Product Details and Usage
What sizes/shapes do your treats come in?
Our treats come in 3 ounce sizes. HOWEVER, we are more than happy to create larger bags! Reach out to us and we will be more than happy to accommodate larger sizes.
Are your treats suitable for all dog breeds/sizes?
Yes, our treats are easy to break/cut so they can be used as training treats or broken into smaller sizes for smaller dogs.
What are “Yummy Bites”?
These are our version of food toppers. Our dog testers respond better to food toppers that have bits of meats instead of powder toppers. Our Yummy Bites offer small bits to have that satisfying crunch and easy sprinkle all over their food.

How quickly do you ship out orders?
We usually ship between 48 to 72 hours. Depends on what we have on hand, but usually we make small batches of treats to ensure you and your pup get the freshest quality. This means that our inventory is small and might need the time to create a fresh batch for your order.
