Our Beginning

We believe every treat our furry family members enjoy should spark that unmistakable happy dance and tail wags we’ve come to recognize as pure joy in our fur babies. Because what is natural is best, and only the best brings true joy.

Rufhy, pronounced Ruff-EE (it’s a combination of Ruff + Healthy = Rufhy!), began with a mission to satisfy my own very picky puppy (now puppies). After trying countless popular brand treats, it was difficult to find something that my dog would enjoy consitantly and soomething that I felt safe to give them on a regular basis. Having to research all the addittives in the treats, having that lingering chemical artifical smell just didn’t sit right with me. Then one day, I just started making my own. I knew what was in the treats and my dogs loved them. The formula was simple once it clicked: pure meat.

That lightbulb moment led me to creating my own single-ingredient treats, and we’ve never looked back. Nothing artificial. No preservatives. No secret formulas or additives. Just 100% pure meat.
