How to Initiate a Return or Refund
If there is a problem with your order, including issues related to quality, freshness, or taste, please contact us within 30 days of delivery via our Contact Us form.
In your message, please include:
Your Order Number
The Product(s) and brief description of the issue or concern.
Our Resolution Promise (Making it Right)
Once our support team has reviewed your message, we will offer one of the following resolutions:
Free Replacement
If your item arrived damaged, spoiled, or if we made an error in your order, we will promptly ship you a free replacement of the same product.
Full Refund
If you are unhappy with the product's quality, purity, or if your dog simply will not eat the treats (our Happy Tail Wag Promise), we will issue a full refund for the purchase price of the item(s) in question.
Refunds are processed back to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days of confirmation.
Note on Returning Product:
Due to the nature of food products and for the safety of all our customers, we do not require the physical return of any opened or used food items.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrived damaged, incorrect, or with missing items:
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods as they may be required for us to file a claim with the shipping carrier.
Contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) so we can swiftly send out replacements.
